Not knowing whether I will be able to comment on this later on~ I will do it here: When I wanted to read the testimonials~ I found them disappearing too quickly. Anyone interested in really reading them cannot stop any of them; they keep sliding at too quick a pace. Maybe this could be altered in such a way that~ e.g.~ any given testimonial remains in place as soon as a user moves the cursor to it?

It is good as it is! One of the major mistakes many organisations make is cramming too much information into their website. This makes it hard to find specific information and can confuse visitors. Sometimes~ less is more~ so it is wonderful as it is.
I think~ it would great to have a page about publications produced as a result of small research grants.
